Team members who are slowing the progress by not actively participating to add value, should be addressed. All negative elements should be eliminated, so that the team can excel.
Expand your influence: Often schools have this idea backwards. We tend to think that we need to win the community and sponsors over, yet we forget to serve our community and sponsors. WE need to help our community more and, in that way, they will become more involved with us.
