Roles
- Control and Maintain all aspects relating to stock control, including; suppliers, volumes, usage, cost control and traceability.
- Support function to the Quality Administrator
- Liaison with finance with respect to quality and operational requirements
- Manage the monitoring and measurement functionality of the Quality Management system.
- Conduct trend analysis and identified actions
- Seek opportunities for improvement
- Review, update and distribute quality system documentation
- Maintain spread sheets, lists, schedules, procedures and programmes within the quality and operational system
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all respects and the implementation of internal controls.
- Maintenance and scheduling services of equipment and calibrations of all instruments on a regular basis working with the Operational Manager and Quality Administrator
- Analyses of quality control activities
