Requirements: GETC ABET Level 4/Grade 9. No Experience. Knowledge: Department Policies and Procedures. Labour Legislations. Public Service Act. Basic Conditions of Employment Act Legislative requirements: Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Skills: Communications Skills. Time Management. Interpersonal Relations. Cleaning Skills. Prioritising Skills.
Duties: Clean all areas of the Compensation Fund. Remove all rubbish and put in approved outside bins. Provide meetings support services (Food Service Aid). Perform relevant general tasks.

All shortlisted candidates for SMS posts will be subjected to a technical competency exercise that intends to test relevant technical elements of the job, the logistics of which be communicated by the Department. Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools.
