SENIOR LECTURER: ADJECTIVAL LAW AND PUBLIC LAW AND PRIVATE LAW AND MERCANTILE LAW
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctoral qualification in Law.
- At least three (3) years of experience in teaching at undergraduate and post-graduate levels.
- At least three (3) years of experience in research and innovation.
- Demonstrable understanding of national and international research and innovation
- Demonstrable supervision of post-graduate students and meaningful tract record of research publications in accredited or high- impact journals.
KEY FUNCTIONAL/ TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
- Understanding of and familiarity with the higher education teaching, learning, research and innovation domain.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strict observance to ethical principles and academic integrity.
- Suitable ability to mentor junior staff or colleagues.
