Purpose Statement
- To contribute to the overall profit of Capitec Bank by optimizing Capitec Bank’s loan instalment pre delinquent collection strategy.
- Responsible for accumulating applicable Employer information to implement applicable Risk limiting measures at loan granting.
Experience
Min:
- At least 5 – 6 years’ proven experience in Employer and Pay date Management within a similar environment, including experience in:
- Drafting business plans, presenting and finalising strategies
- Business analysis: Design and implementation of processes and procedures
- Process efficiencies: Draft of idea documents and business specifications
- Project coordination
- Proven experience in managing a team within a similar environment
Qualifications (Minimum)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Commerce
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
