Purpose Statement
- To lead, oversee, guide and coach a team of Learning Consultants responsible for the effective design and delivery of blended learning solutions within an allocated area in the Business.
- To take responsibility for the:
- Proactive identification of learning needs and provision of fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
- Quality assurance of solutions in line with learning design and delivery standards.
- Continuous improvement of learning and development delivery processes and methodologies.
- Delivery of insightful learning reports.
Experience
Minimum:
- 3 years’ experience in a Learning and Development environment.
- Previous leadership experience (experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Learning and Development projects and initiatives)
Ideal:
- 3+ years’ experience in a Learning and Development environment, in a large-scale corporation
- Financial services or banking experience
- Managerial / Team Leadership experience
Qualifications (Minimum)
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Education or Human Resources
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Human Resources
Knowledge
Minimum:
- 3 years’ experience in a Learning and Development environment.
- Previous leadership experience (experience in leading and delivering end-to-end Learning and Development projects and initiatives)
