Requirements :
- A relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 7 as recognized by SAQA in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing, Logistics/Public Administration, Finance or Assets Management.
- Three (3) years’ experience at supervisory level in Supply Chain Management.

Duties :
- Assist with the development and implementation of the GIFA’s SCM strategy, policies and procedures, operational plan and budget.
- Communicate and provide staff with training on the GIFA’s SCM strategy, policies, procedures, and protocols drawing insight to areas of improvements.
- Provide contract management and tender administration support services. Deliver consistent SCM demand and acquisition processes, and address associated procurement needs.
- Support and drive the effective and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual supply chain management reports as per compliance, management, risk mitigation and governance requirements.
- Deliver appropriate people, governance, risk and compliance management practices- while ensuring that all aspects of work reflect a focus on sound ethics, good governance, risk mitigation and government requirements.
